Rodney and myself have many memories of visiting the family at Canvey Island, both before and after your marriage to lovely Joyce. You bought a lovely bungalow and i remember the time you had a Budgie. You were so shocked when i got it to sit on my finger and you tried so hard but to no avail but kept persevering. Rod remembers as a young lad the travelling you did from Bethnal Green to see Joyce before you were marriedl. Bless you. We had lovely times at Blanche and Alfs on the island when the roads were unmade and l broke the running board on Kens old car, accidentally of course. Great times xx. RIP RON you deserve it!
